Windows 10: CMD Programming

So, I'm developing a program and there's one thing that's blocking me:I know how to download files via cmd, you just use thiscurl https://i.ibb.co/yhPDxnt/guest.png --output filename.pngBut I don't know where to upload an exe file where cmd can download it via the URLI tried using a discord file link but it download the .exe file without any code in it. The file downloaded had 0 bytes. So please give me a website where cmd can download .exe files. I really need it, thanks.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Why update the original 7970 BIOS to the Ghz edition? It OC's to that anyway...

Have you tried flashing it back to default?

 

New Apps not showing anywhere

I would suggest you add create a shortcut to these programs in the Desktop till we fix this issue. You can right click on the frequently used programs and select 'Send to Desktop' to create a shortcut for that program in Desktop. To troubleshoot this issue,
I would suggest you to try the following steps and check:

• Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
  
• Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD
• Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow

Try these steps and let us know the results.
