Windows 10: Co Pilot won't talk

Hello, I'm trying to understand Co-pilot, but feel I'm missing something. Because sometimes I can talk to Co-Pilot for a little bit. Then she'll say I'm out of time or I've reached capacity, or I'm off palting detective? Why does she do that ? We can't talk to her 24/7? I'm using the Basic Co-pilot. RichardNote this is on my Android , not Windows. But Android wasn't an option.

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.
