So I bought the Halo MCC, and its supose that, for the moment, I can download the Halo Reach, but I can't even download it because this error, I tried everything, I even spoke with a Microsoft helper, but nothing works, the Xbox app is already downloaded, can someone help me?

So I’ve been looking up Forza issues, then I looked up the error code.

Error 0x80073D12 | ERROR_INSTALL_OPTIONAL_PACKAGE_REQUIRES_MAIN_PACKAGE - HRESULT.info

Optional Package Requires Main Package

Is there a chance you need another game first? Is this an update or an add on? That’s kind of what it seems like.

Remove account


I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
