Windows 10: Code: 0x803FB005

I keep trying to download "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition" on the Microsoft Store, yet nothing works! The "Install" button is grayed out and when I try downloading from my library it gives me Error Code: 0x803FB005!

I have tried MSReset.exe with doing "Windows Key + R" and inside of an administrator command prompt
Tried deleting everything in "C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache"
Tried logging out and back in again

I can't think of anything else to do!

The problem is that this error code is unknown.

It's not even listed in online MSDN documentation.
Not even HERE
And yes, not even UWP error codes list such code

Don't blame Windows "support" sites, this is a question for "Cribbage Classic" developers probably.

When trying downloading Thunderbolt Control Center from MS it wont't let me i get error Code: 0x803FB005. can anyone help please?

Went through every step. Step 3 with the troubleshooter said there was no issue that could be identified. Step 5 with PowerShell said AppxManifest path does not exist. Step 8 I had previously completed before posting my question. Step 9 with the new user
gave absolutely no change to whether or not anything would install. I am still getting error 0x803FB005 but feedback hub apparently installed at some point during all the steps
