Windows 10: Code 31 with my intel HD graphics 4600?

Hello, intel graphics HD 4600 fails to load startup(drivers cannot be loaded into the device). I have tried restarting, updating the drivers and troubleshooting(troubleshooting couldn't help me and it couldn't identify the problem). I even got my original device drivers from DELL. It all happened when I upgraded my GT 705 to GTX 1050 3GB. I disabled intel HD graphics 4600 in that process by mistake then I didn't find it and it got deleted. I added it from legacy devices from computer management then the error started to appear. I want to have both display adapters on(intel HD 4600,gtx 1050 3GB). Is there any solution to that?

Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 update 1/31/16

Prior to this Intel HD graphic 4600 update I was able to view/use both monitor at the same time.

I just installed Intel's update for HD Graphics 4600 on 1/31/16 on my Windows 10 computer and now I can not get my 2 displays to work together. I have a Dell Ultra HD display connected via mDP connection and the 2nd display is connect via HDMI connection
on the computer graphics card to my LG TV HDMI input.

Going to settings only allows one display. DELL ULTRA HD MONITOR will only connect to the computer when the HDMI cable is unplugged. Plugging in the HDMI cable to the 2nd display appears to disable the mDP connection to the DELL MONITOR.

I suggest you to download Windows 8.1 compatible Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers from the following link:

Once you successfully download Windows 8.1 compatible Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers, I suggest you to try to install them in compatibility mode and check.

Note: The above mentioned steps are also applicable to Windows 10.

• Download and install Speccy (when you click on it, download will immediately commence)
• Start Speccy
• Click on the "Graphics Button"
• Do a screenshot of the Graphics and post here
• It will display your current graphics driver and will look something like the screenshot I have posted below (please note where it says the driver version for my Intel HD graphics). Please click to expand the image below

You can find the driver another way that doesn't require a download. But by downloading Speccy, it means you will always have your full technical specifications readily available should the need arise
