Windows 10: code 43

hallöle miteinander, habe eine zotac zbox en1060k (weiß nicht, ob die als pc oder laptop gilt) mit einer geforce 1060, i5 7500t und win 10 pro.. falls weitere infos beöntigt werden, bitte einfach sagen..



das prob ist folgendes: ich hab als treiber für die grakarte 37633 drauf.. kommentar vom gerätemanager dazu: "Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei.".. wenn ich eine höhere version draufziehen möchte bekomme ich immer einen fehler code 43.. die grakarte müßte aber eigentlich io sein, da sie problemlos bei furmark läuft (nicht über 71 grad) und es bei dxdiag heißt: es wurden keine probleme gefunden.. weiß jemand was ich tun kann? thx

A Code 43 error is generated when Device Manager stops a hardware device because the hardware reported to Windows that it's having some kind of unspecified problem.

First, I would suggest you to follow these steps and run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter:

• 
  Type “Troubleshoot” without quotes in search and click on
  Troubleshooting in the results displayed on the left side of the screen.
  
• 
  In the new window, click
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  In the list of options, click on
  Hardware and Devices.
  
• 
  Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
  

Did you install a device or make a change in Device Manager just before the Code 43 error appeared? If so, it's very possible that the change you made caused the Code 43 error. Undo the change if
you can, restart your PC, and then check again for the Code 43 error.

Update BIOS. In some situations, an outdated BIOS could be causing a specific issue with a device that is causing it to report an issue to Windows - thus the Code 43 error.

I suggest you to try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I would like to inform that
error code 10 says: This device cannot start.

Try to update the driver and if that doesn't fix the issue, you will have to try the steps from:
Fix: "This device cannot start" Code 10 error in Device Manager in Windows

Step 2: The error code 43 says:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems.

I recommend you to run Hardware and devices troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
  
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
  Troubleshooter.
