Windows 10: Code to categorically end PushBullet Background Processes in Task Manager.

My routine for automatically opening PushBullet on Windows boot often works and often does not. When it does not work, the thrice repeated <<taskkill /IM pushbullet.exe /f>> does NOT succeed in ending all three Background Process entries in Task Manager. If I manually end the remaining ones, then PushBullet will launch satisfactorily. So I need code for a technique that will definitely end ALL the Pushbullet Background Process entries in Task Manager. Can you help with that ?

Programs restarting in background processes of task manager

I have many programs restart in the background processes of task manager. I close them out, and after a while they are there again. I do not know why these programs are running in the background, and why they are returning. These are some of them that
keep coming back

Weather

Photos

Movies & TV

I keep removing them by using the "End Task" and they seem to return for no reason.

 

Can I end a Process using the original WM task manager?

I have a Verizon Moto Q9c, I can end the application but there is no option to end a single process only the grayed out option to end all the processes. I just want the option to end processes that run in the background when they don't need to be. The
process I was trying to stop at the time was the My Phone Runtime, since I use My Phone with the manual setting I don't need it open.

Edit: I am using the WM task manager not the Motorola task manager (which doesn't even have the option to view processes)

I was curious why in the task manager I see several windows processes that are not categorized under the "Windows processes", they are instead categorized under the "Background processes" label. Not a huge issue just want to make sure they are legit programs!
