Windows 10: COLLEGE ID AS ADMIN RIGHTS

Hello,I have reinstalled the Windows 10 but i don't know why my college ID or college is take over my personal laptop. The college ID. Several time i have reinstalled but same my personal laptop login only my college ID in other way my college is as admin for my personal laptop. Several time i have contacted to IT support for our college but they don't solve my problem. Kindly any person helps out me.

admin rights keep disappearing!?!!

Hi guys,

I am actually having a problem at work that our IT department hasn't been able to figure out. I am supposed to be a member of the admin group. We are on a domain. The problem is that everytime I reboot the computer I loose my admin rights(no longer in the administrator group) and just become a normal user again. I have tried googling this and didn't get to many results.
I believe IT is just giving me local admin rights, not admin rights for the whole domain.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: It is on Windows XP Pro.
