Windows 10: Color inversion problem !

When ever I connect any device like usb or mouse the screen colors changes it turns in the inversion mode it doesn't last for too long but it appears lots of time. This is also occurs when the laptop got hang.

I faced with color inversion problem. The issue is when I display my photos in see the correct colors but when I print them out, I see the inverted colors. Black turns white and white turns black. I use
a HP Officejet Pro 6970. My PC is 16GB RAM 2 * 1TB HDD

I have the link background pretty much sorted out now, thanks for your suggestions.

In the magnifier problem, I have all toggles set to on except for the color inversion. All seem to be working properly except for the follow text insertion point. I used this feature on my old pc with vista and hed no problems. Again,, thanks for your help.

 

Keyboard Color Inversion

when I press any key my screen flashes from regular color to inverted color, white turns black, blue turns orange, black turns white, etc.. and the key stroke doesn't appear on the screen. However, if I hold the key down it does appear with the second
"Color Inversion' flash.

no virus detected after complete scan.
