Windows 10: Color is changing in full screen again

When I go to full screen in a game it changes color like orange become blue and etc. and this doesn't happen on youtube or videos only in games how do i fix this and this happen once before but it got fixed but now its happening again i tried updating the drivers it didn't work

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

Background color:

  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.
  
• 
  Then
  Choose a Color.
