Windows 10: Color Note not working on Laptop

I was not able to get the Color Note application from Microsoft Store to work. It would install but when I launched it, the screen would flash with the Color Note opening logo but would immediately go away. I finally found a work around using a program called BlueStack 3 that allows the Color Note application to work. Once you install BlueStack 3 go to the Search tab and type in Color Note. If you have Color note on your Android got to the sync settings and sync it with the laptop version.

The issue you are facing with Color change, I would like to ask few queries.

• Have you made any changes to the system prior to the issue?
• Since when are you facing this?

You can manually set the different color for start, taskbar, action center and title bar background.

To do so, follow the steps below:

• Click on Start and select Settings.
• From left pane click on Color.
• Choose a color which ever is suited for you.

Referring to the second screen shot, it seems like the operating system you are using is not fully activated. This type of issue occurs only if the OS is not activated. I suggest you to refer the below Microsoft article and check how to resolve the common
activation errors.

Note: Steps also works on Windows 10.

Laptop overclocking adventures

hey guys I'm trying to get clockgen to work on my laptop but can't get any of the plls to work, can you please post like exactly what steps I need to take to test each pll to see if it works? my specs are listed to the left

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change color scheme for Windows 10 and check if it helps.

• Right click on “Desktop screen”.
• Then click on “Personalize”.
• Click on “Colors”.
• And change the color accordingly.
