Windows 10: Color settings

I have bought a new Laptop , which comes with a windows 10 64 bit version . Its color setting, I had changed through color management tool and also have created a profile . The problem is everytime I change the color setting and when I restart the laptop , default settings take over . Even when I am setting my color profile as default , it resets it back . I am unable to find a solution for this , can you help me with it ?Also shouldnt it be very simple , considering its the basic need ?RegardsAnvesh Kose

You can try these steps in changing the
Background color:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.
  
• 
  Then
  Choose a Color.

Cortana's Font Color (Blue) is impossible to read when she responds to me

I understand that you are trying to change the font color for Cortana on your PC, I suggest you to follow the step mentioned below:

Steps:

1. Type ‘Color settings’ in the Windows search bar.
   
2. Tap on the ‘Color’ option.
   
3. Uncheck ‘Automatically pick an accent color from my background’.
   
4. You can select the preferred color, under
   Windows colors.
   
5. You can click on Cortana and you will be able to notice the color that was selected.

Hi,

We understand that you'd like to reset the color settings of your computer to default.

If you're referring to the color settings of the monitor, you can check the device manual for instructions or contact the manufacturer for assistance.

However, if you're referring to the color settings in Windows, you can type
Color Management on the search option and select it from the list. Click
Advanced, click Change system defaults.

In addition, if you have turned on the high contrast mode, we recommend turning it off using the steps
here.
