Windows 10: Colorful Static Screen after May 2020 Update

I have had an issue with my pc since the May update. A static flickering screen, would appear sometime on start up but, only on occasion; at most once a week. This was problematic and I tried to uninstall my driver and a few other things I saw on the online forum. Nothing worked. Since my cursor worked and I could easily select RESTART from my desktop, after which my start up would be as normal, I made peace with it.

Fast forward to September 2020 and a new update is available. I update, hopeful that it will fix the error from the previous one. However, it has made it worse. Instead of flickering static and the use of my cursor, I now have consistent static and sometimes no cursor on screen. I am forced to do a hard shut down and restart the computer manually, and only then will my startup be normal again. I also now can't allow my pc to sleep because then I get a white flickering screen similar which allows cursor movement and for me to select restart from the options menu.

***I have performed a PC reset and reinstallation of windows, hard shut down-troubleshoot and repair for start up issues and a driver rollback/uninstall. I have checked for driver updates and none are available.***

I am a teacher and need my computer to be functional to tutor my students online. I got this pc in December 2019 and the specs are as listed below:

Hello. I have recently just installed the newest update for Windows 10. However, there is an issue I find to be very annoying. Every time I open my computer, and it is not asleep, instead of the lockscreen (Windows Spotlight or otherwise) there is a bright,
colorful static screen that flickers when I move my cursor (Which is a static, distorted square). I can move my mouse, click things, type, etc, but the screen is just static. I have to restart my computer manually every time. The other previous updates didn't
have this problem. Is there a way to fix it? Thanks!

 

Windows 10 upgrade - static screen?

I just ran the Windows 10 upgrade on my fairly new Dell desktop and now get a colorful static screen with zero Windows functionality. Suggestions. Please help? I've tried hard restarting and changing monitors. No luck.
