    Colors extremely washed/Cannot use Nvidia control pannel


    This happened after the update, night mode isnt on but it looks as though something has put a blue light filter on both of my monitors. Not only that, but for some reason no Nvidia control pannel seems to have stopped working; I can change the setting but no contrast, brightness, color setting, etc. change.



    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    I wonder why nobody has suggested the OP to make a screenshot of display showing these "washed out colors"? Everything I have read in this thread suggests that the issue is not in Windows, but instead in display / monitor.

    My suggestion: next time you'll see these washed out colors, make a screenshot and post it here. If the screenshot shows us that colors are OK, then the issue is your monitor failing.

    Windows 10 washed out colors

    I have washed out colors.

    I have tried calibrating colors. I booted into safe mode and it's still washed out. I have reinstalled nvidia drivers.

    Fully up to date Windows 10

    i76700K

    980ti (drivers are updated)

    1TB NVME SSD

    32 GB RAM
