Windows 10: Colors looking grey in Windows 10

Hello,

i didn't install, or change anything lately, but all of the sudden colors look too grey. I read windows update cause this and i didn't find any solution to this. But i didn't update lately and it is supposed to be caused the by update from june, which i have long time by now... While it is not my monitor, in virtual machine it is fine. So it is some windows bug...

How do i solve this ? It is annoying to read !!

Windows 10 turned into grey colors

I have windows 10 professional installed for almost 4 months now. I have not activated it yet.

Today while using it and all of the sudden, the screen turned into grey scale colors everywhere.

At first, I thought it's a hardware or driver's issue.

But when I lock the screen or restart, the login page is in colors as usual.

The busy cursor (arrow with rotating circle) is in color.

So, I it's neither hardware nor driver's issue.

Any suggestions?

 

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change color scheme for Windows 10 and check if it helps.

• Right click on “Desktop screen”.
• Then click on “Personalize”.
• Click on “Colors”.
• And change the color accordingly.

Changing the taskbar color to white in Windows 10

In Windows 10 there is no option for changing the color to white but you can change it to different colors. To change the color of the task bar I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then select personalization.
• Click on color option on the left side.
• You will find an option called “show color on start, taskbar and start icon”.
• You need to on the option and then you can change the color accordingly.
