Windows 10: Columns in Windows Explorer

In the "good ol' days" Windows Explorer used to offer columns for date, size and type. That was exactly what I needed. Now, Windows guesses what information I want to see, so my music folders show number?, title, contributing artists and album. That may be helpful for some, but is meaningless to me. I have been manually changing these columns, but with hundreds of folders to go I am wondering if there is any way to do this in bulk. Is there any means of changing the folder columns so that all of the folders within and all of the folders with those change to what I would like them to be
