Windows 10: Comes top blue screen Windows 10

My barely 10 day old new Windows 10 machine suddenly started getting blue screen while in use with stopcode exception not handled bsod. Tech support couldn't fix even with reinstall of OP concludinvl it was corrugated and needec replaceimg He tried to do remote install bsod kept popping up causing upload to fail...So how do l get Microsoft to get me new copy to upload? I have support case # with info l need new copy.windows!
