Windows 10: Coming to Win 10 pro from win 7 pro Via New Computer

Hi folks. Obviously this is my first post so feel free to point in the direction of where I should be or any other things that may be objectionable. I'm going to buy a new system rather then up grade or clean install my existing system with Win 10 at this time. I need it to much as it is essential part of my life style. My computer has become everything from office tasks to Media center for Sling TV along with occasional gaming which I don't do not do now and other sources of entertainment on the web. I will use it it till I figure Windows 10 out. I'm 75 and my existing newest Win 7 system is now 7 years old and feeling it's age just like me. My computers run for about 12 hours a day on average. I had stopped updating long ago due to constant problems and no longer feel comfortable considering the lack of updates. Although I have not had any issues ever. The system specs I have entered are for the number one system on my wish list and fits my budget. You can select from choices of the main components till you hit your budget Limit, full stop. It is no doubt, at least i hope it is, Way more then I need, that's the point of a new system. I have no idea how long I will need a computer but at the very least until I forget how to turn it on or why I did if I mange to start it.. It's pretty much the computer I always wanted but never bought and my time to get it is getting short. It will be my every day computer. In addition this will be my last computer, but hey ya never know. In as much I have not been paying attention to the changing technology, I would appreciate opinions and thoughts on the system I am considering. Stan

Dual booting with Win 10 Pro and Win 7 Pro

I'll be receiving a new computer with Win 10 Pro as my computer w/ Windows 7 Pro crashed. I'd like to take the hard drive with Windows 7 Pro and install it into the new one to have dual booting. Any problem doing that and what steps are needed? Thank

New Desktop - has Win 7 Pro - Have Win 10 Pro DVD

Have brand new desktop computer today. Want to upgrade this computer from Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Pro with the DVD that came with the new computer.

When I boot from the DVD, it asks for Language and Country, then it shows the screen with

- Continue with Windows 7

- Troubleshoot

- Shutdown the Computer

Where do I go to start the upgrade from the Win 7 Pro to the Win 10 Pro when booting from the DVD?

Wins 10 pro becoming wins 7 pro

I am using wins 10 pro, but during end user activation it shows wins 7 pro

Any suggestion?
