  1. Command prompt user level cannot use System level environment PATH on new windows 10...

Encountered an issue on new Windows 10 build 17763.253. when Running Command prompt it seems I am not able to use the system variables for Path. only able to use system variable Path when elevating the command prompt application to administrator. In previous Windows builds this feature (quirk) never happens, could be a security feature added in the latest build.

Because it is misleading when someone is running cmd.exe, see that he is able to echo through the system variables and found out that he can't use it.

I need the System variable to be present to a user so it is able to run windows service, application compiles and builds.

    :)

User Account Control prompt sound bypassing System sounds volume level

When a UAC prompt appears the notification sound is maximum level despite the system sounds volume slider being low. All other system sounds respect this level. If you check in System Sounds and test the Windows User Account Control sound itself, the level
is low, but when the prompt actually appears it's very loud.
