    External CD writer for Windows 10??

    I am searching for an external CD writer for my Windows 10 desktop and all the ones I've seen are compatible up to Windows 8. Are there any external CD writers out there compatible for Win10??

    Thanks for your suggestion but the VLC download did not resolve the issue. Since the upgrade the DVD writer tray does not open, it worked on Windows 8.1?

    What other external DVD writer compatible with Windows 10 can I use upload Turbo Tax and Quicken DVD?
