Microsoft Complaints Department?

If you were to write a letter to the address given earlier, it would be directed to someone who deals with complaints, regardless of whether there's a dedicated department for such things. Don't have time to write a letter? Really? But you do, of course,
have time to "...do it in person over the phone..." (an impossible task, btw). Please. There are 1.25
billion Windows installations worldwide, and I think Microsoft might be open to hearing your plan for how personalized answers to all possible questions and complaints might be feasible.

 

No complaint department???????

Apparently Microsoft doesn't have a complaint department. Very convenient. Windows 10 automatically installed itself on my work computer this morning AFTER I clicked on the option to NOT install. After waiting two hours for it to install and finally
tracking down a live tech to uninstall Windows 10, I spent the next hour and a half with him to uninstall Windows 10. Surprise, surprise, Windows 10 ERASED my Windows 8. So now, I have to find a Windows 8 disk, buy a separate external hard drive to back
up all of my files and reinstall everything on my computer. I was told by the supervisor of my tech that I have nothing to complain about, Windows 10 works just fine. (My computer at home has not worked correctly ever since I installed Windows 10. Now I
will have to deal with it at work too). I was told by the supervisor that there is no complaint department, no number to call and if I wanted to complain I should find a Microsoft Store and talk to them. DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW IF THERE IS A NUMBER TO
CALL MICROSOFT TO COMPLAIN?? It appears that they are so big and omnipotent that they can just decide for all of us when they can access and upgrade our computers. No independent decisions or complaining allowed. What a crock. SERIOUSLY - IS THERE A COMPLAINT
DEPARTMENT?? I can't find one.

This response is useless. If I have a complaint I would like to do it in person over the phone or over a web application. People don't have time to write a letter and post it anymore. Oh, and come to find out after calling the number given on the link,
Microsoft does not even have a complaint department. How convenient.
