Windows 10: Completely did a reset of my computer after getting a virus but my old profile is still...

I recently ended up getting a virus on my computer so I did a complete reset without making a save point and after the reset was down, my profile was still there and it wont let me make a new one. I can still put my old password in there and it works, but when I put in the correct password i get a blue screen with text saying “The User Profile service failed the sign in.” Followed by “User profile cannot be loaded” directly under it and a “ok option” and if I do forgot my pin, it gives me the same screenNow i can hold shift and go to restart to bring out the options but none of them seem to wo

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
