Windows 10: Computer Blue Screening When Idle

I have Windows 10 Home x64. My computer constantly blue screens when I idle for even 5 minutes. I have run a memory test, done a hard reset of my computer with a re-install, upgraded all my drivers, installed new RAM (16 GB), checked my task scheduler, run malware programs...I have no idea why my computer keeps doing this! It's been doing it for almost a year now. If I put my computer to sleep I can get around this happening.

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
