I also realised something that was in your code that you picked up from my logs. One of them shows that "A corruption was discovered in the file system structure on volume D" but however I only have 1 SSD and it is labeled as "C:"
Could it be from one of an external thumbdrive or HDD? as recently one of my SD card was corrupted.

Booted my computer today without issues with Fast startup OFF. Have to continue monitoring as it only usually shows up randomly.

 

The drive file structure was fixed using chkdsk commands.
