Windows 10: Computer camera no longer working after computer update

Hi, my computer just installed an update and as a result, my camera is no longer detected. I've checked all the settings to see if it was a permissions thing and it isn't - all the permissions are granted. I did a trouble shoot and automated diagnostic where t reset the camera settings but the camera still wasn't found after that. I've seen a few things that say I need to install various drivers that might now be missing because of the update but I don't know which ones. The other advice was a factory reset which I am not keen on doing. Can anyone advice on the drivers to install? The latop is

Uninstall and reinstall camera driver

  If driver for Windows 10 is not available then I suggest you
  to install the driver in compatibility mode.
  Follow the steps below to install the drivers in compatibility with Windows 10.
  
• Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
  • Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘Properties’.
  • Click on the ‘Compatibility’ tab and check the box
    ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 10 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.

Cameras no longer upload to computer

My cameras no longer work on my computer. I recently installed Windows 10 and OneDrive. I tried the Chat help and the camera company, neither could solve my problem.

I've checked the driver and it indicates it is up to date. I've checked permissions and they are all on. The one thing I can't do is on Device Manager, someone said to go to Imaging Device and there is none in the list. It appears to be missing.

I've worked on this for days and I am very frustrated.
