Windows 10: Computer Can't Boot, error code 0xc000000e

My laptop Gigabyte P17F v7, can't boot into windows, it gives the error code 0xc000000e. When I boot off of an USB, in the command prompt accessed from the recovery options, when I run Diskpart, my M.2 SSD does not show up, whereas my hard drives does. My windows installation is on my SSD, and so I presume this is why it cannot boot. My SSD is getting power, as its light does turn on when my laptop is on. Firstly how can I test whether or not my SSD is working? And secondly is there a way to install windows on my hard drive which did not have windows on, but was my secondary drive for file storage, without losing any of the data currently on it, in the case that my SSD is broken?
