Windows 10: Computer causing high pitched whining and static + causes distortion to my voice and any...

Literally- what the title says. Doesn't matter what I do or any troubleshooting I do, I have yet to fix this. It's super annoying. The Microphone I use is a Blue Yeti USB Microphone. I've tried plugging it into a different USB slots, using a USB Hub, etc. I've tried running DISM.exe and scanning my system files to no avail. I've plugged the Microphone into other computers and recording audio on them and it sounds fine. Please, seriously, I need help. This issue has been persistent for a few months now and I have yet to be able to fix it at all.

Google chrome cause low volume high pitch whine/noise

Whenever I have no music on and its quiet I hear this high pitched noise but at a really low volume.. only loud enough to be heard really.. but the pitch is annoying.

I noticed this only happens whenever I open Google Chrome web browser.. If I close chrome the whine stops.. If I open Ixplore or any other app or program no such whine happens.

Whats the deal?

How can a web broswer cause a high pitch to emit while any other program does not?

Wierd i know, does google use anything another ap might not?

EDIT: I just noticed that the Magnifier built into windows also causes this whenever the screen is enlarged, calculator, winrar, and wmp and other programs do not cause any noise.

 

ATITool Fan Control causes high pitched whine

Yes I tried that checkbox but it had no effect... high pitched whine/squeal was still there. I will repost this to the ATITool section and hopefully they can suggest a workaround.

I am checking out the ATI Silencer 5 Rev.2 but it appears if I go with this solution I will have to mod it as one of the capacitors in my motherboard will definitely hit one of the thumbscrew holding the memory heatsink (the one on the top facing the CPU) in place. I might have to cut out that piece of the heatsink with the thumbscrew (the one closest to the MB).

 

Motherboard/CPU high pitch whine after W10 Creators Update?

Hi - I've been struggling to isolate an annoying high pitch whine that I've been detecting since installing the latest W10 Creators' Update.

After the most recent update, when CPU usage is lower (Intel 6700k w/ Asus Maximus Gene VIII), there is an audible high pitch whine coming from the motherboard or cpu. I've removed specific components (e.g. fans, SSD/HDD) and I'm fairly confident it is isolated
to the CPU/MB, and when I launch/run more CPU intensive programs, the whine disappears.

I was wondering if this problem has been reported?
