Windows 10: computer crashes consistently every day

i already posted this question a few weeks ago, tried it out, thought it fixed it, and it looks like i still have the same problem. i cant find the original question so im posting again


i have a windows 10 pc that i built that, for the first two or so years ran smoothly, but after a recent power outage seems to be having some major issues with kernel checks and the like. it crashes often, sometimes when im working on stuff, sometimes when im just sleeping, and im trying to see if theres anything i can do to fix it myself. below is the info.

ive tried memory diagnostic, sfc /scannow, other command prompt things, etc. no avail. whenever i try to look for what driver it could be, it says everything is fine. any help is appreciated.
