  1. Computer crashes randomly whilst playing Overwatch

I don't know how to fix this issue, I've tried so many things. My computer screen will go blank previously would go a colour usually pink or yellow, fans would go full speed and I'd have to hard power down the PC to get it working again. Previously the audio would wig out too but that's since stopped.Partner's computer doesn't have this problem however occasionally he will lose connection to the game as well, hasn't happened the last couple of times though.I've only encountered this issue whilst playing Overwatch, happens seemingly randomly, sometimes a couple minutes in or can be as long as

  2. Frequent crashes playing Overwatch

    Hi,

To determine the root cause of this issue, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Have you tried playing other games and check if the same thing occurs?
    • Which edition of Overwatch are you using?
    • Do you have the physical copy or the digital version of the game?
If you're using the digital version, we suggest running the Windows apps troubleshooter provided on this

    link
. This can help in resolving issues regarding games and applications downloaded from the Windows Store.

We'll be waiting for your response.
