Windows 10: Computer Crashes While Playing Games

Anytime my computer in under load when playing a game, for example Apex Legends, my display turns into a solid color and nothing is working, but the computer is still on/fans are spinning/lights are on. I thought it was a power issue but normally if it has to do with power, the computer just shuts off entirely right? 3. What happens when you try to run a game?
   
4. Does the PC crashes only while playing games?
   
5. Do you receive any stop code or error message when the PC crashes?

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
