Windows 10: Computer crashing daily ever since factory reset

Two days ago I did a factory reset. It got stuck so I force shut down which caused my drives to get reformatted. I did a fresh install of windows and lost all of my files.


Every day since, while playing games randomly my computer will freeze, my second monitor will shut off and I'll receive this error in my dump file


The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b 0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff80435ec3965, 0xffffb180fa8b2930, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.



I zipped the error logs from minidump for inspection. Please tell me where you would like me to upload them so that you can assist in inspecting them with me to find the issue.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

Ive factory reset my computer but I can't use the mouse or the keyboard to select laugage

• Are you performing a factory reset on a laptop or a desktop?
• Is this the first time you perform a factory reset on your device?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve your concern?

In the meantime, if you're working on a desktop, we suggest that you try to use a PS2 keyboard just to bypass the installation process. Once Windows is up and running, you may now plug your mouse and keyboard to initialize Windows to detect these devices.
