Computer damaged, need to reload Windows 10 Pro

When windows 10 came out I upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. The laptop was knocked off a table last week and the motherboard was damaged ( would no longer charge the battery, not a jack problem.) I replaced the Motherboard and the unit booted / charged and connected to the Internet with no problems except it was very slow.
Microsoft recognized the new Motherboard as I booted and no error messages were posted. I ran a diagnostic on the hard drive and found it too was damaged by the fall and it now has 8 bad sectors and displayed a Yellow warning it is about to fail.

I have the Microsoft License Key from Belarc Advisor and want to know if I will have a problem activating the licenses as I will have to download Windows 10 again. I do not trust trying to Clone the damaged hard drive.
I tried to ask this question at Microsoft but the forum won't allow a new question to be posted.

Please advise. Thank you for your help.

    :)

Computer damaged, need to reload Windows 10 Pro

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
