    Computer doesn't work if not plugged in


    hello, my computers battery is at 0 percent right now, and it's status doesn't seem to change. It has been like this for about a week now. The computer has to be plugged in to work. if it is not plugged, it doesn't turn on. I think this may be a serious problem, but i can't locate where the problem comes from. Can I have help please? I use a Dell XPS 15 9570

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Today when i plugged out headphones, it doesn`t display that you`ve unplugged headphones, seems goes something wrong. Now i can hear sonud only from plugged headphones. How to repair this problem?
