Need a little bit of help, can’t seem to quite figure out what’s going on with my PC

For the past couple weeks whenever opening certain files I’d get an error message (can’t remember off the top of my head currently) that the file couldn’t be open .. and now recently My file explorer stopped opening. It opens but it stays black and empty and nothing pops up. I’ve tried a lot of troubleshooting methods found online and nothing works so I figured I’d factory reset the PC and it tells me there is an error with that as well and it can’t be done.

Any suggestions or recommendations? I’m not against wiping the hard drive I’d just like to get it to work.

    Thanks in advance

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
