Windows 10: Computer Freezes

Hello all,


I built my own computer in 2017 and it has always had a problem of freezing. Initially, I installed Windows 8 on the PC and it would constantly freeze. Mouse unable to move, lights on the keyboard such as for Caps Lock and Num Pad don't toggle on/off when clicking the respective button, etc.


My PC has 1 HDD and 2 SSD's. I Installed Windows 10 on one of the SSD's from a USB and just formatted the other two drives starting fresh, hoping that would fix the problem. Though the problem doesn't happen as often at all, it still happens. In the problem reports, I get this:

Honestly, I'm not sure what a lot of this means but I'm assuming it has something to do with the drivers or the actual hard drives. Any help or insight would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Laptop freezes during Starting up on Windows 10 computer.

To assist you better, please provide us the below information:

• Have you tried to perform startup repair of the computer?
• When you say that "The screen was freeze, neither the Keyboard nor the Mouse responded.", when exactly the screen is getting freeze? Is it at login screen or while booting the computer?
• When you switch on the computer, are you able see anything on the screen?
