SymptomsSystem crashing. Hi im having the problem listed above and it keeps rebooting my pc. Ive been having a bunch of black screen then restarts happening while playing video games even though my pc can handle it.

U288E590D 4k monitor

16gb ram

i7-9700k

RTX 2080S

My laptop is constantly crashing with an error such as The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 .

My laptop keeps crashing. It has an integrated Intel UHD video card as well as an Nvidea GeForce RTX.

The error that I get in the System Events is

I have upgraded everything to the latest version. The BIOS and EFI have been updated to latest version. The drivers are all updated to the latest version as specified by lenovo and the graphics card to the latest version provided by Nvidea.

I just got the laptop and it is a clean install of windows 11.

I suspect the error to be with either a faulty motherboard or video card.

The laptop has a "Hybrid Mode" feature that uses the Intel video card for basic stuff and the Nvidea card for more intensive tasks (ie gaming).

When I have Hybrid Mode disabled and everything goes through the Nvidea card it crashes much more frequently and mostly just crashes to a black screen and eventual reboot (no BSOD, no crash report).

When Hybrid Mode is enabled I will get a BSOD, and the crashes seem to always happen when doing something which is pulling from the graphics card. The error on the BSOD is either "Stop code : VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE / What Failed : nvlddkmkm.sys" or "Stop code : WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR"

Can somebody please advise?
