Windows 10: computer is not working correctly

Discus and support computer is not working correctly in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have lost all our Hoyle Games and I keep getting a shut down on my computer. and then when it is rebooting this window.com/stopcode message comes up...     The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    To better assist you with your concern, we would like to know more information:

    • Have you tried to restart your computer?

    If yes, and the issue still persists, we suggest that you use a mouse to troubleshoot the touchpad then follow these steps:

    • Click the Start Menu.
    • Type Control Panel.
    • Choose Hardware and Sound to the options listed.
    • Choose Devices and Printers.
    • Choose the driver for your touchpad.
    • Right click then select Troubleshoot.
