    computer is stuck in "update" loop


    Hi, I recently got a new laptop and found it didn't have enough memory, so to get it ready to send back I wiped the data from it. However I learned of something I could do about the memory, so I turned it back on and it showed the dell logo then asked me for my country language time zone etc. And when I clicked next it popped up with a why did my pc restart and gave me some instructions (connect to wifi, and plug it in). and when I clicked next again it started with the little spinny dots and said "Just a moment..." This went on for a while and then the screen went black, and it showed the dell logo and the previously mentioned loop began again and won't stop. Can anyone help?

    Stuck in update loop


    These are the only three devices with warning triangles. The PS/2 keyboard and mouse were listed before. The JMB 36X is new.
