Windows 10: Computer Issue

Discus and support Computer Issue in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am having issues with my computer. All of a sudden, bit locker recovery tool popped up with a blue screen of death. I have no idea why It did that....     I am having issues with my computer. All of a sudden, bit locker recovery tool popped up with a blue screen of death. I have no idea why It did that. One minute I'm playing a game, stepped out and there it was. My computer keeps freezing, no way to keep it from shutting down. I tried to reset it, pauses after 60% and then 35% and tells me it has been reset but not all the files could be removed. I had to reinstall windows couple of times then I had turned bit locker encryption off right before freezing. It freezes when I'm answering the questions you get when you first installed windows. This
