Windows 10: Computer keeps blackscreening when playing Call of Duty

Recently whenever I've been playing the new COD I've been experiencing issues with blackscreening. My whole PC just freezes and then blackscreens, booting me back to the login page. i AM HAVING PROBLEMS PLAYING cALL OF dUTY, cALL OF DUTY:UNITED oFFENSIVE, cALL OF DUTY 2, AND CALL OF DUTY MODERN WARFARE,

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH MULTI-PLAY with call of duty and call of duty :United offensive, but I cannot play the single games, it will crash in 3 second when I try to play, it never start up. Call of duty 2 will not come up at call, it like I never installed
it. Call of duty 4: modern warfare will play single games but not multi. Can anyone provide some help here? I basically want to play the single games before I play the multi-play.

I suggest you to run the game in Compatibility Mode and check if it resolves the issue.

A compatibility mode is a software mechanism in which a software either emulates an older version of software in order to allow incompatible software or files to remain compatible with the computer's newer hardware or software. Follow below steps:

1. Right click on the setup file of the game's executable file and select "Properties".

2. Select "Compatibility" Tab.

3. Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and select operating system from the drop down list.

4. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.

Blackscreen after pressing shutdown and the computer is still on

The issue might be caused due to some issues with Power Management, I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View all” on the top left pane.
• Select Power from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
