    Computer loop


    Hello my computer has been stuck in a loop saying “ Your pc ran into a problem and needs to reset we will restart for you.” for awhile now and I have no idea what to do. at the bottom of the screem there is a QR code that it looks like i can scan and it also says NTFS FILE SYSTEM. Can anyone help me?

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
