  1. Computer Multiple crashes and reboots at random

My computer crashes completely at random, There is no blue screens at all just a reboot and I'm at my gigabyte's motherboard POST screen and back into windows before i know it. The chipset is the AMD 760g. My motherboard is the GA-78LMT-S2 Rev 1.2 by Gigabyte, I have 8GB ddr3 ram that i have tested with memtest86+ a few times and it passes each time. I ran prime95 for like 25 minutes with no crashes. I did PCMark Futuremark benchmark and no crashes. The crashes happen at random. I have done windbg and here is what it tells me

    WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
    Arg2: ffff930eb0caf8f8, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
    Arg4: 0000000000000000, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

Windows 10 Pro random freezes after upgrade

Random Windows 10 crashes have been happening to me on multiple systems. Must hard reboot to recover. This NEVER happened with windows 7 so something is wrong with the OS.

None of the troubleshooters find any problems anywhere.

Wake up and smell the coffee Microsoft - fix this already.

    Frequent Random Crashing/Shut Down

My computer is crashing repeatedly. It started just recently (perhaps after last Windows update?). My computer just goes to a blue screen with frown face saying that something went wrong and is restarting.

    My specs:

    1. Lenovo Thinkpad T420

    2. There are random crashes. Shuts whole system down and restarts. Happens multiple times every day. It happens at any given time, whether I have multiple apps open or after a fresh restart (it has even crashed right after restarting from a crash, before
    I even logged in).

    3. I'm running Windows 10

    Thanks.

You can delete it once we're done, but why would you want to?

I don't want anything personal information of my PC to be online for everyone to download.

What personal information. I don't see anything in the collected data I consider personal or not shareable.
Can you tell me what you object to?

  10. Nevermind.. What does the error code mean?

I am sure @Ztruker will confirm when he is back online. The single BSOD event recorded in your logs is a hardware error and the exact error code from the WHEA error record is: BUSLG_OBS_ERR_*_NOTIMEOUT_ERR

This an observed error provided by the CPU which usually means the motherboard is faulty. I would be happier seeing a few more BSOD crash dumps before condemning the motherboard so please post them up when you get them. It would be unwise to make a decision based on a single crash dump file.

  14. The thing is though is that those happened like October 29th to the 3rd of November. So there won't be any real information on those other than the dmp I saved. Should I still do the collector tool

Moving forward it will be useful to view the windows error reporting, event logs and the other files as the bsod occur.
