Windows 10: Computer not letting me open anything and showing a black screen

I have a computer that is 1 month old and already when I try to open anything it tells me I do not have access (I am the only account and I am registered as an administrator) after a few minutes (within the first couple minutes I am able to open things) it does not let me do anything, and eventually just shows a black screen, before this my security program was constantly running active threat cures almost non-stop, I have tried changing permissions on apps (right click, properties, security,etc.) But it only works for a couple of the first few minutes, and later on, the security option or changing permissions button is gone entirely, and once after prezsing this button it gave me an "incorrect syntax" warning. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
