Computer Occasionally "Hangs" on "Sign Out"

This is a question regarding a computer that intermittently “hangs” at “sign out”. When it hangs, the screen goes black and no commands are possible. The only recovery is to depress and hold the power button. The computer is a laptop Toshiba Satellite L55-C5272 that was purchased in March 2016 and came with Windows 10. Again, the “hang” randomly occurs during sign out and will occur maybe 1 or 2 times every 20 sign outs. No other operating problems have been noticed. I have tried to isolate the source of this problem but no success. I have run a “sfc” scan and no problems were detected. I have run the DISM tool and no problems were detected. I have disabled the anti-virus and the hang still occurs. The primary programs and applications that are installed are: ESET anti-virus, Office 2010, Firefox browser, and Goggle Earth. No games have been installed are run. Of course some games came with the system but none has ever been activated. The system has been rebuilt 3-times in an attempt to rectify the problem. As additional info, the “hang” has occurred during sign out after a period of no usage after a restart. Any guidance on isolating and/or correcting the problem would be appreciated.

    :)

    Enter on keypad " no. + # "

petrib is correct. It is a shortcut to SIM numbers.

Numbers on your SIM might not be in the position you think. Just because they appear sorted in alphabetical order in the contacts list doesn't mean that they appear in that same order on the SIM. On the SIM they appear in the order in which you input them,
unless you delete a number in which case the next one entered takes its place.
