  1. Computer Performance

So I have been experiencing random lag spikes on my Windows 10 computer for a while now. It isn't big lag spikes but what happens is that everything (I mean everything) stops for about three quarters of a second. It also repeats for pretty much exactly every six seconds. It happens when I'm playing a video game, browsing the internet, even when all I'm doing is only moving the mouse, or typing. Actually, even when I'm not typing and just sitting still! (I see the typing bar stop blinking or is on screen for longer than it should be). Any help is appreciated, thank you!

    :)
