Windows 10: Computer program for joining videos?

Hi,

as the title suggests, I'm looking for a computer program with which I can cut 10-30 seconds of video into a long one. It should be free and suitable for Windows 10. In addition it would be still super could one texts, pictures etc. insert.

My project is a birthday video for our teacher who we can't congratulate personally because of Corona, but we want to thank her in the form of videos that everyone records. I would be very happy if somebody would know a program that works well. The program should also not put watermarks in the image.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Can't join Windows Insider program

Hi,

I am trying to join Windows 10 insider program and for some reason every time i join and restart my computer (as part of joining windows insider program) and go to insider page in setting i see join insider button like I never clicked before restarting.
