Windows 10: Computer randomly goes black

My computer will randomly go black while in use. The computer completely shuts down but immediately turns back on but the screen does not come back on. I have to unplug it and plug it back in and when I turn it on after that it goes to the BIOS where it says:
Boot failure detected

The system has experienced a boot failure possibly due to incorrect configuration. The computer will work for a while and it does this at random states, it has happened on my desktop with just Spotify up and also while playing games. I already tried replacing RAM, different SSD's for boot drive.

Primary monitor randomly goes black

Got a monitor issue. Looked at other posts about this issue be could not find anything addressing my issue. Over the past few months, my primary monitor randomly (no pattern to the issue) goes black but the led shows it to still be working. Secondary monitor is working. Only way to get the primary back is to reboot the computer. I tried reversing the DVI-D cable but no luck, primary still goes black. Regardless of which monitor is set to primary, that is the monitor that goes black. The monitor set as secondary never goes black. Any ideas?

I also see that you are facing issues with the keyboard this might be due to the corruption of keyboard drivers. I suggest you to run the
