    Computer Rebooting from


    Started experiencing this error today:

    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000a0 0x00000000000000f0, 0x0000000000000004, 0x000000000000000e, 0xffffb70632fc7580. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 85e7baa1-189f-47ab-9930-642e09ab5275.

    It occurs when my PC enters sleep/hibernation mode.

    I've included the memory dump links, unfortunately I can't get OneDrive to let me share it for some reason and Google Drive wouldn't let me upload the minidump files directly.

    Windows 10 endless loop reboot

    Hi,

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

    No more touchpad for my laptop since upgrading to Windows 10

    Hi Derek,

    I would suggest the following steps :

    • Press Windows + X
    • Click on Device Manager
    • Right click on TouchPad drivers in the list.
    • Choose Upgrade Drivers
    • Reboot computer

    Check if this helped to fix the issue.

    Computer Won't Reboot - AMD Data Change...Updata New Data to DMI

    If he is getting stuck at verifying DMI pool data, that means his BIOS isn't finishing the POST process before it's hanging up. Although I'm confused now because he said he tried re-installing windows which would indicate that the machine is getting through the entire POST process.

    I'm confused now. I think we need a better, more descriptive version of what exactly is happening.

    Maybe a full step by step process of what is happening?
