Windows 10: Computer running just fine: Then screen changes color and windows restarts, with all tabs...

Heyo, I'm currently looking for some answers to this problem. I've been getting this issue for the past week or so.

One day my windows 10 PC restarted and then booted into safemode with some kind of message related to hardware issues or something along those lines.

I myself am not very familiar with my PC's safemode function, so I just skipped past it and turned the machine on and off again, in order to access windows.

Now as of recently, my PC has been randomly flashing with colors and then restarting, with no crash log or anything to be found.

It sometimes just goes black, but I've had it go completely teal and just recently the screen was covered in static.
Sometimes I could be running my antimalware, or running steam, or even just writing a document.
Either way, the PC keeps restarting this way and I can't figure out how to deal with it.

Any suggestions as to what the problem may be would be appreciated!

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

• Right click on “Desktop screen”.
• Then click on “Personalize”.
• Click on “Colors”.
• And change the color accordingly.

Windows 10 Screen Flashing/inverting colors

Since troubleshooting steps were provided, what I can suggest is for you to try to configure the settings on your monitor's color management. Kindly follow the steps provided below:

• Open Color Management by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type color management, and then click Color
  Management.
• Click the Advanced tab, and click Change system defaults.
• Click the Advanced tab in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box, and do one of the following:
  
  - To prevent Windows from loading display calibrations, clear the Use Windows display calibration check box.
• Click Close in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box.
• Click Close in the Color Management dialog box.
