Windows 10: Computer screen is black but fan is on. The previous system shutdown at [time] on [date]...

I have an HP Envy x360 laptop running windows 10 home version 21H1. I locked the computer at 8:55pm. When I tried to use the computer at 9:30pm, the screen remained black but the computer fan was still on and the power light was still solid white.What was plugged into the computer:One thing that was plugged into the computer was a HDMI cable connecting it to a 2nd screen the 2nd screen was being projected to and the setting was to display the 2nd screen only so the laptop screen was off If it was operating normally, if the hdmi cable was unplugged, the laptop screen would turn back on since

Date and Time in Black on Taskbar

Just installed Windows 10 (reinstall via Cloud). Dell Inspiron 3670. Font for date and time appear in black on taskbar. I read the instructions for someone named Wulff on a different thread. Does not work for me. Suggestions for System Maintenance don't
work because I don't see the options listed in that thread. Yes, I installed a custom desktop and taskbar color (brown and nearly black), but had exact same colors before with no problems. Previous reinstalls were via factory settings, which I do not want
to do again because they came with their own set of problems.

BTW, I see that Wulff's post appeared on Dec 4, which indicates this is very new problem.

Windows seems to be never-ending problems, which is why have reinstalled 3 times since setting up computer last week.

Do not want blue taskbar. Hurts my eyes. Thanks./

 

Fan speed too high and receives black screen

b. Click on the Processes tab and check if any processes that is running high.

Manager”.

2. In the list of devices, you should see the Display Drivers.

3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".

4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.

5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
